This Policy applies to paid courses, webinars, digital learning resources and other paid services offered by PRIMEAGENCY, subject to any specific terms disclosed for an individual product or service.
Please carefully review the course description, syllabus, duration, delivery method, access conditions, price and any special conditions displayed on the relevant page or checkout screen before purchasing.

Submitting a request does not automatically mean that a refund is approved. Any decision will be communicated to the requester.
Where digital content or course access has already been provided, refund eligibility may depend on the specific purchase terms and applicable law. No term in this Policy is intended to remove a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe you were charged more than once or a payment was deducted without successful registration, contact us with the relevant transaction details. We will verify the payment with the payment provider and communicate the next steps.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method or another appropriate method communicated to you. The time taken for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.
If PRIMEAGENCY cancels a paid course, webinar or service, we will communicate the available resolution, which may include rescheduling or a refund, as applicable to the circumstances and law.
